Product Description

The UL FM Highriser Swing Check Valve Resilient Seated Flanged Ends  is designed to prevent reverse flow in fire protection and water distribution systems. The swing type clapper provides low head loss and quiet operation, while the resilient EPDM seat ensures tight sealing even at low differential pressure.

The valve conforms to AWWA C508 and offers a clear waterway. It is supplied with a bolted bonnet for easy internal access and a hinge pin made from stainless steel AISI 304 for high corrosion resistance. Internal and external surfaces are fusion bonded epoxy coated RAL3002, providing long-term protection in demanding environments.

Flanged ends are drilled to ANSI B16.1 Class 125 and ANSI B16.5 Class 150, as well as EN1092-2 PN16 and BS10 Table D/Table E, making this valve suitable for a wide range of international piping standards. With a working pressure of 300 psi and working temperature from -10°C to 110°C, this UL Listed and FM Approved swing check valve is ideal for fire pump discharge, sprinkler risers, and general fire main applications where reliable non-return function is required.
